First Tee — Southeast Wisconsin 2026-2030 Strategic Plan
Board of Directors Feedback Form

Over the past several months, a group of board members and staff have collaborated to develop a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide First Tee — Southeast Wisconsin through 2030. This plan builds on our strong foundation while positioning us for significant growth in programming, facilities, and community impact.
The plan focuses on five key objectives:
• Financial Strength for Strategic Growth - Building sustainable revenue to fuel expansion
• Aspirational Facilities - Creating exceptional spaces, anchored by Noyes Park transformation
• Game-Changing Team - Developing our staff, coaches, volunteers, and board capacity
• Best-in-Class Youth Development - Delivering transformational programming across ourservice area
• Comprehensive Community Awareness - Expanding recognition and support throughout Southeast Wisconsin
As a board member, your perspective is critical to finalizing this plan. This feedback will help us refine priorities, adjust timelines, and ensure we have a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable.
